Well Done Warner’s
Stayed for four night break with friends. Having stayed at various Warner resorts,I knew standard to expect however, I was a little apprehensive having read some reviews for the month of September concerning the bar and restaurant service.
Pleased to write that the service we received was very good being served by polite and efficient staff and a variety of food being served in the restaurant was good and food was hot when served

A Fantastic Break
It's many years since we have been on a Warner's break and we decided we needed a change of scenery after 7 long months of Covid-19. We were a little unsure if we were ready to leave the safety of our own home but on arrival at Bembridge Coast Hotel our worries went away. The welcome by Greeter, Roberto, was a great start, followed by the staff at the check-in cabin - in fact all staff were very efficient throughout. The meals were excellent and a good selection for all dietary needs. Social distancing was up to safety standards and staff wore masks at all times. One of our concerns was the social distancing in the theatre and we were pleased to find entertainment was in 2 sittings allowing plenty of spacing. Unfortunately the act booked for Saturday night was changed due to illness but were replaced by a trio called Soul Jam who provided fantastic 60's and Tamla Motown music. Let's hope they now get regular bookings with Warner! Compliments must also go to the in house entertainers who did a wonderful job. over 3 nights. Our only disappointment was we did not get a room with a sea view. I thought this was standard with a Signature room booking, but I shall know to request this next time! We shall definitely be back.
Fantastic Nightly Entertainment
Perfect holiday with perfect location. Staff could not do enough for us and the entertainment was brilliant! Choice of food was great and well cooked and rooms were so comfortable. The New Horizons band and the Warner team were great. Will definitely go again.
We've just spent a week at Warner's Bembridge and cannot fault anything about it. We'd read the reviews about there being long waits for food to arrive in the restaurant but we didn't experience any of that, food arrived quickly, was very high standard and excellent service. The entertainment in the evening from the Warner's team, the house band, and visiting artists was fantastic, and the lounge was set out with social distancing measures in place. We were originally on a four night break, but as we were having such a great time we extended it by another two nights. Will be booking another Warner's break very soon!
We have just returned from a very enjoyable and much needed break. For obvious reasons it was very different from previous Warner breaks that we've had but the staff and the hotel did amazingly with lots of hand sanitisers and staff wearing masks. We stayed in a signature room with amazing sea views but preferred the old signature experience with the wine and savouries rather than the sweet drinks and snacks that our now in the rooms. The bar and restaurant service was very efficient and the food was excellent although the sizes of the main courses varied quite a lot - a few veg with some of them would have been welcome. We saw a great act called Soul Jam on the Saturday night and could have watched them for a lot longer. All in all a great break when we weren't sure if we would get away this year.
